Parenteral administration of paracetamol for improve of anesthesia in surgical oncology
Studies were performed in 39 patients operated in surgical department of oncologic dispensary using inhalation anesthesia combined with epidural block and parenteral administration of paracetamol.
Proposed version of combined inhalation-epidural anesthesia provides sufficient depth of anesthesia (BIS- index) and the stability of regulatory systems in performance of abdominal surgery in oncology practice.
This anesthesia can reduce the amount of fentanyl in the two-time, and isoflurane - by 1,36-time, reducing the period of awakening patients in the 2,5-time, as well as local anesthetics in 2 times, which in turn helps to reduce their negative impact on body
