Treatment of psoriasis by preparation «Cartan»
This article present an evaluation of the efficacy and safety of the drug «Cartan» in the treatment of 50 patients with psoriasis. Index PASI (Psoriasis Area and Severity Index, 1978) to evaluate the efficacy was used. The results confirms the method promotes correction of apoptosis, positively influences to the course of dermatosis. Clinical remission was achieved in 48%, a significant clinical improvement - 44% and clinical improvement - 8% of patients.
