To the qiestion on hemorrhagic external otitis

We analyzed published data on the etiology and pathogenesis of hemorrhagic inflammation. The example of several clinical cases of hemorrhagic illustrates the relationship of acute external otitis with cerebral circulation disturbances has shown. In algorithm of patients investigation key position is a dynamic neurological monitoring in comparison with the results of neuroimaging studies. Timely diagnostics and adequate treatment of hemorrhagic external оtitis in the acute period of acute cerebral circulation disturbance helps avoid or reduce the risk of adverse outcome.
