Pregnancy and delivery in women with ventricular septal defect
Review has shown the issues of pregnancy and childbirth in heart disease, particularly ventricular septal defect. The mechanism of hemodynamic reorganization and disorders in the body in physiological pregnancy and in the background of ventricular septal defect is described. Clinical management of pregnancy in this pathology, or interrupt it depends on the severity of circulatory disorders and pulmonary hypertension.
