Modern aspects of diagnostic of polycystic ovarian syndrome with infertility
Detailed study of different aspects of infertility on 316 women suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCO-syndrome) depending on regional distribution showed that PCO-syndrome is being developed on women from rural area in early reproductive age 19-24 years in 55% cases while among urban citizens in 40% cases. On 35,4% of women with PCO-syndrome associated with metabolic syndrome dislipidemia was established (hypergliciridemia, low concentration of cholesterol of high density) as well as disturbance of glucose tolerance. Received data confirm heterogeneity and complexity of the problem which goes on long time with severe impairment of the reproductive system. These features request the development of new approaches in the diagnostic of the patient with PCO-syndrome to improve the efficacy of differentiated therapy
