H.E. Rakhmonov, F.I. Odinayev, S.R. Emomov

The paper analyzes the incidence of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and its complications in the number of hospitalized 4203patients in 23rd solar cycle from 2001 to 2010. These years have accounted for the maximum phase (2001 to 2002.) and minimum (2005 and 2010.) of solar activity by its indices- the number of Wolf (W *).

Comparison of hospitalisations of patients with AMI and its complications with indicators of solar activity revealed that in the years of maximum solar activity are becoming more frequent patients with AMI and severe form of myocardial infarction, often accompanied by complications and deaths that must be considered in prognosis and plan preventive measures.

Keywords: coronary heart disease , acute myocardial infarction , geomagnetic activity, the number of Wolf.
