Features of chronic hepatitis c currency in HIV-infected patients

Chronic viral hepatitis (CH) of C in HIV-infected proceeds in hidden form, as addiction masked the symptoms, which creates difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment. Describing the clinical manifestations of HCV in co-infected patients should take into account the stage of HIV infection. The main pathology of the lungs in patients with CHC with AIDS was tuberculosis (51.4%). Candidiasis, as a frequent pathology (45.2%) met both in stage III of HIV infection, and in stage IV.

The lesions of the skin and mucous membranes were detected in a significant number of patients: a phase III - 20.7% in IV A - at 72.4%, while in the stage of AIDS - in 96.5% of cases.
