Epidemiological aspects of cervical cancer in Tajikistan
Prospective analysis of 560 patients with cervical cancer and 110 women with precancerous cervical process has established determinants factors of pathological processes of the cervix were: early onset of sexual activity (until 18 year) (22.9% in patients with precancerous diseases and in 19.8% of cases - in the group with malignant tumors of the cervix). Another factors were the presence of more than 2 sexual partners in women (9.4%) and more than 2 partners in husbands of studied patients (38.4%), genital infection, HPV, burdened with a history of cancer, multiple birth in history.
