Conducting pregnant women with endemic craw

Article contains indicators of thyroid status, current pregnancy, labor, puerperal period and newborns condition of pregnant women with endemic craw in Republic of Tajikistan.

Researches of thyroid status is revealed, that the most increase of thyroid volume is observed at pregnant women who were not receiving prophylaxis and treatment of endemic crow. The level of TSH in whey of blood at pregnant women with endemic crow, especially expressed by the end of pregnancy, is increased. In the blood of pregnant women with endemic crow, who accepting treatment, level of free Т4 is decreased with 14,47±0,28 to 12,06±0,19 nmol/l (p <0,001). The expressed degrees of a craw (II-III degree) at pregnant women were characterized by manifestation of a subclinical hypothyroidism.

At research of a current of pregnancy and its outcomes in the examined groups, high frequency of complications of pregnancy and birth in group of the pregnant women, who were not receiving iodine preventions and treatment endemic craw, is revealed.
