Selection of effective methods of treatment and prevention of pyelonephritis
The authors present the results of modern methods of diagnosis, selection of effective treatment and prevention of chronic pyelonephritis.
The use of drugs ftorhinolins along with basic therapy in patients with pyelonephritis contributed to clinical cure in 96.6% of patients, as well as five-fold decrease of side effects (3,3% and 16,6% respectively), confirming their efficacy, safety and better portability.
Significant place in the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis is herbal medicine. It is recommended for patients with both medical, antirelapse and as a prophylactic measure.
