The authors analyzed the effectiveness of surgical treatment of toxic goiter (TG) in 36 patients and included intravenous laser blood irradiation method and the IR - spectroscopy in complex therapy. IR- spectroscopy is a complex of methods for monitoring the indicators of homeostasis in the dispensary observation of patients with TG, which allows a timely manner, at the molecular level, the development of this disease to identify patients with an unstable state of the thyroid remnant, allowing timely action to prevent further progression of specific postoperative complications.
