New aspects in the study of pathogenic oral cavity microflora and methods of dealing with agents of inflammatory diseases oral mucosa
The results of studying the effect of antiseptics and DNase on microbial biolays presented in article. Established that that representatives of normal microflora in the oral cavity during orthodontic treatment form a single and mixed biolays on the tooth surface and fixed constructures. It is shown that the used antiseptics and nuclease causing a reduction in biolays biomass and the number of CFU (colonial forming unit), the constituent bacteria. The effect of enhancing the action of antiseptics on bacterial biolays in the presence of DNase revealed. Illustrated the phenomenon of amplification of antiseptics DNase was identical in different antiseptics and biolays formed by mono and mixed culture.
Keywords: microbial biolays , antiseptics, DNase, orthodontic-energy treatment, inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity.
