Increase of impermeability of biliodigestive anastomosis
We analyzed the results of comprehensive prevention of failure biliodigestive anastomosis in 42 patients with liver and bile ducts. It was found that along with the implementation of sparing surgical technique, a measure of preventing septic complications is the effective use of drugs.
