Clinical features of frequent ill children
Frequent ill children - a group of children characterized by higher than their peers, incidence of acute respiratory infection. We examined 214 children with frequent episodes and 154 apparently healthy children. Children under 3 years of sick more often 5-6 times or more, and older children were sick 3-4 times a year. Identified many risk factors contribute to frequent illness, a high percentage were: allergic changes in the reactivity of the body, asphyxia, worm infestation. Identified clinical features: the lag in the physical, neuro-psychological development, revealed chronic pathology of the nasopharynx and functional changes in the internal organs.
