XENOLAVSANOPLASTY OF THE FRONT CRUCIFORM LIGAMENT KNEE JOINT OLD DAMAGES
The results of lavsan band transplantation with a bony xenotransplant in femoral bone metaphysis of experimental animals (rabbits) with application of new technology are given in the article.
Xenolavsanoplasty had been done for 23 patients with front cruciform ligament knee joint old damages patients by technology created in the clinic with application of small invasive techniques. This method makes it possible to achieve positive results in all operated patients, to reduce rehabilitation period of patients by 29.6 days in postoperative period as compared with conventional performing an operation along Payerovsky section.
