MODERN METHODS OF PRESSURE SORES SURGICAL TREATMENT
We studied the results of surgical and conservative therapy in 46 patients with different localizations of pressure sores. Meanwhile it should be noted that definite preoperative preparation is necessary for this category of patients’ surgery treatment. The preparation consists in sanitation, necrectomy and second surgical debridement. After similar preoperative preparation 18 patients underwent surgery with rotary fasciocutaneous and myocutaneous flap use. The method makes it possible to operate any size and localization of pressure sores.
