CHRONIC CARDIAC FAILURE IN ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION AND INFLAMMATORY KIDNEY DISEASES

The significance of renoparenchymatous arterial hypertension against the background of chronic pyelonephritis (CP) in chronic cardiac failure (CCF) becoming and course was studied. It was determined that CP clinicosonographic signs quite often (13.2% cases) arose on the background of arterial hypertension (AH) and CP signs contributed to become moderate and serious AH in 54.7% patients. It was point out that AH patients with apparent CCF and against the background of prolonged hypotensive and spasmolytic therapy it can be observed sonographic picture and kidneys biometric indices changes. These changes are evidence of the CP pre-clinical stage.
