ROLE OF INVESTIGATION AND PREPARATION OF ENDOMETRIUM IN OVERCOMING OF FEMALE STERILITY

Authors analysed 251 hysteroscopies in patients with sterility, made biopsy of endometrium and removed alterated tissues for histological study. Hysteroscopy in 96 (39%) cases showed combinated pathology: hypo- and hyperplatic processes (146 cases) with polyps of endometrium (94 cases) or endometritis (81 cases). Histological investigation was shown such diseases: chronic endometritis 187 (61%), hyperplasy of endometrium 169 (55%), polyp of endometrium 113 (37%), hypoplasy of endometrium 41 (13%), polyp of cervical canal 11 (4%). In 118 (38%) cases complicated pathology, and the oftenest with endometritis are shown. After hysteroscopy 251 women are operated, from them in 169 (67%) pregnancy comes. Such invasive method of investigation as hysteroscopy is high informative method in pathology of endometrium, allows to control treatment of female sterility and increases per cent of coming of pregnancy.
