ANALYSIS OF COMPLICATIONS OF RECONSTRUCTIVE PLASTIC OPERATIONS IN MAXILLA-FACIAL ONCOLOGY
Analysis of complications of reconstructive plastic operations in 106 patients with local cancer of head and neck was made. Complications in a form of full and partial necrosis of transplantation, forming of fistulas, passing of postoperating wounds and separating of stitches in 40 (38,5%) patients were diagnosed, and more than a half of it at oral cavity, oro-pharinx and on lips are localized. Dependent of frequency of complications from age of patients, stage of malignant process and localization of it is shown.
General measures of prophylaxy of purulent necrotic complications are active treatment at postoperating period, prophylaxy of hypodinamy, proper food, working out individual schemes of antiedemic, anti-coagulant and anti-inflammatory therapy; contemporary chemical and physical methods of improvement of microcirculation in grafts.
