All over the world significant growth of arterial hypertensy (AH) of different origin that is one of cause of iniciation of preeclampsy. In pregnant women kidney and extra-kidney reactions of rinin-angiotensive system (RAS) play important role at the regulation of arterial pressure (AP). Therefore investigations of CAE of the blood of pregnant women by the newest diagnostic-methods and recommendation of inhibitors of CAE are actual.
