DIAGNOSTICAL POSSIBILITIES OF MAGNETIC RESONANCE CHOLANGIOPANCREATICOGRAPHY UNDER CHOLEDOHOLYTHIASIS
The analysis of results of diagnostical investigation of 45 patients with cholelythiasis compltcated with choledoholythiasis bases the work. The effectivity of diagnostics of stones and strictures of bilious ducts in patients with choledoholythiasis (93,3%) under magnetic resonance cholangiopancreaticography (MRCPG), especially under unwidened bilious ducts and presence of concrements of small size is proved. MRCPG has advantages: the method is very simple, safe, uninvasive, and may visualize the ducts over and lower obstruction.
Keywords: choledoholythiasis, magnetic resonance cholangiopancreaticography.
