INTRODUCTION OF THE ENDOVIDEOSURGERY TO THE PRACTICE OF CHILDREN’S SURGERY AT TAJIKISTAN
The author used endovideosurgical methods in 53 children with pathologies of abdomen and cavity behind abdomen. Results were very good. Operation-wounds on anterior abdomen-wall were 0,5-1,0 cm on which put one-two stitches only. The method expels the use of wide in lamella cut of abdomen-wall of 15-25 cm. Method-advantages are small injuries of operation-admission, good visualization of all operation-stages, relaxation of post-operating pain, absence of paresis of intestines, yearly rehabilitation of physical activity, decreasing post-operating complications (for example commisure-desease) and hospital-terms, optimal cosmetic effect.
