THE EXAMINATION OF PLASMA OF VENOUS BLOOD BY METHOD INFRARED SPECTROSCOPY IN ACUTE PERIOD OF POLY-TRAUMA
The authors studied alterations of composition of the plasma of venous blood in 87 patients with poly-trauma and deficit of FVB more 20-30%, traumatic shock II-III gr. and heavy trauma of locomotor system (fractures of long tubular and pelvic bones), the aim was yearly diagnostics of homeostasissystem and complications of acute period. IR-spectroscopy method showed that the most alterations of IR-spectral stripes of absorption were in patients with II-III gr. heaviness of trauma on Nazarenko system and more than 30% deficit of FVB. In 65 (75%) patients the most alterations were shown at spectral frequency-zone 1800-900 cm-1. The data of IR-spectroscopy is an objective criterium of adequacy of medical measures on prophylaxis of danger-complications and correction of homeostasis at acute period of poly-trauma.
