SOME PECULIARITIES OF LABOUR ACTIVITY OF THE PHYSICIANS OF DUSHANBE
The results of examination tests showed that more than 75% of the physicians are exposed to bad microklimatic conditions, more than 68% family physicians and district paediatrists did not satisfied their speciality because exactions and rudeness of patients and their relations; low salary; unfavourable conditions at hospitals; unreasonable labour places. The relations between collegues were convenient to 25,6% of their; 13,7% showed satisfactory conditions on their labour places. The optimization of regime of labour and rest, moral psychological climate at the association, improving of the life level of physicians may provoke the growth of work effectivity of their.
