THE ANALYSIS OF LIFE QUALITY IN PATIENTS WITH FULL ATRIOVENTRICULAR BLOKAGE BEFORE AND AFTER MONO- AND DICAMERAL ELECTROSTIMULATION
The value of life quality (LQ) in patients with full AV-blokage of ischemic genesis before and after implantation of mono- and dicameral electrostimulation. Decreasing the life quality was observed in all of clinical cases. In patients with full AV-blokage all of LQ-indexes were decreased. The most were decreased such LQ-indexes as physical role, emocional role and common health. The least LQ-indexes were physical function and social role. The LQ-indexes in patients with full AV-blokage after implantation of electrostimulator were differed from inicial state.
