Optimizating tactic of surgical treatment of congenital dislocation hip in children
The technology of extra-articular and intra-articular operations on congenital hip dislocation in 310 children from 8 till 15 years old are given in this article. Depending on the age of patient and severity of pathology different intra and extra-articular operations are applied. Analysis of results in the term of 2 to 8 years optimized tactic of treatment of this pathology offered.
