New method of surgical treatment of postburn scar deformities and contracture of the neck

In this paper is present a new method of non-free transposition parascapular fasciocutaneus flap on the front of the neck and chest while eliminating postburns scar deformities and contractures at 6 patients. In all cases the transposited flaps have got accustomed. Summarizing the first results of its operations, the authors recommend it as an alternative to microsurgical free flap transplants.
