This paper presents the results of research carried out in 128 men with reproductive dysfunction and inflammation of the urogenital tract.

In 117 (91,4%) patients revealedsexually transmitted infections, of which 57,0% have found one, at 20,3% - a combination of the two, and at 14,1% - a combination of the three infections. The developed method of combining DIF and IFA allowed to diagnose urogenital infection in 91,4% of patients. The proposed method is effective, with a sufficiently high sensitivity and specificity, which contributes to the timely conduct of rational specific therapy.

Keywords: urethritis, reproductive health, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) , DIF, enzyme immunoassay.
