Planimetric and planigraphic methods for determining a person's age by x-ray of hand bones

X-ray of the hand bones 500 people aged 18 to 68 years with the planimetric and planigraphic methods were Investigated. Osteophytes, osteoporotic, sclerotic changes, joint deformities, and different measurement attributes of the hand bones were examined. Regression equations for men and women with different body mass index and the different age groups that identify a person's age within 2 to 6 years were obtained in results.
