This article summarizes data from systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and clinical guidelines (ASCO, ESMO, MASCC, NCCN, RUSSCO) published between 2020 and 2025, emphasizing interdisciplinary and personalized approaches. The literature search was conducted systematically in accordance with PRISMA recommendations. PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI; eLibrary.ru) databases were searched. The search period was defined as January 1, 2018, to August 1, 2025. Search strategies for publications in English and Russian included the keywords “supportive care”, “chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting”, “febrile neutropenia”, “cardiotoxicity”, “personalized oncology”, “immune-related adverse events”, “oncology guidelines”, “CIPN”, and others, combined using Boolean operators (AND, OR) to maximize literature coverage. A total of 4,936 records were identified; after filtering, duplicate removal, and preliminary screening of irrelevant records, 43 articles were included in the review.

International and Russian studies were compared, gaps in the standardization of supportive care protocols were identified, and several promising directions were outlined. These include the introduction of new antiemetic regimens incorporating olanzapine; broader use of granulocyte colony stimulating factors (G-CSFs) and their biosimilars for the prevention of neutropenia; the use of duloxetine for the treatment of painful neuropathy; further investigation of dexrazoxane and cardio-oncology monitoring for the prevention of anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity; and the use of hepatoprotective agents and mannitol to reduce the risk of organ toxicity. The findings underscore the need to develop national algorithms and to widely implement multidisciplinary strategies for the management of patients with treatment-related toxicities.

Keywords: Supportive care, chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, febrile neutropenia, anemia, neuropathy, cardiotoxicity..
