During qualitative and quantitative evaluation eho-indicators of kidneys in patients with chronic pyelonephritis on the background of renal-parenchymal hypertension revealed diagnostically significant changes in renal sonographic indicators: increasing the relative volume of the renal sinus, medulla - parenchymal and renal parenchymal indices.
