Acute cholecystitis and concomitant metabolic syndrome in surgery
The review analyzed in detail the current state of the pathogenesis, features of clinical manifestations the criteria for a comprehensive diagnosis of the metabolic syndrome. Based on the research study, covering particular surgical tactic in patients with acute cholecystitis with components of metabolic syndrome, found that reflection of a comprehensive assessment of the course and surgical tactic are virtually absent. Many of issues associated with the characteristics of preoperative preparation, postoperative management, the choice of surgery in these patients really require further decisions.
