Assessment of quality nurses consultation of elderly patients with arterial hypertension

Participation of family nurses (FN) in matters of counseling patients with arterial hypertension (AH) in elderly and in senility age in primary health care (PHC) isconsidered. Provided study showed that only 16.5% of patients with hypertension were given recommendation about correction of modifiable risk factors, and 31.6% of patients have been performed assessment of healthy lifestyle.
At a special targeted training of nurses for counseling elderly patients could use the huge potential of numerous mid-level health workers in the fight against hypertension.
