Surgical treatment of patients with focal hepatic lesions
This paper analyzes the immediate results of 35 major resections of the liver, on the focal lesions. With extensive resection for complete insulation removed half of the liver (portal ligation vessel and hepatic vein before to the liver parenchyma phase separation) the portal method resection was used. Postoperative complications occurred in 34,3% of patients. The most frequent complication was the development of liver failure – 17,2%. Mortality was 5,7%.
