Intraosseous blockade in the treatment of neurological syndromes of the upper extremities in cervical osteochondrosis
We examined 110 patients with neurological manifestations in the upper extremities in cervical osteochondrosis. The main group formed 70 patients along with traditional therapy of cervical osteochondrosis received a course of intraosseous blockades (IB), 40 patients in the control group received a course of paravertebral blockades. Efficacy of treatment was assessed by the dynamics of the parameters of pain according to visual analogue scale (VAS), russified Mack - Gillovski pain questionnaire, the questionnaire «Body scheme», hemodynamic changes, the study of cognitive function. A higher therapeutic efficacy in treatment of these patients by IB compared with PVB.
