THE INFLUENCE OF TECHNOGENIC FACTORS OF THE PRODUCTION AND ENVIRONMENT ON THE PREVALENCE AND STRUCTURE OF THE PATHOLOGY OF THE DENTISTRY SYSTEM

Objective: In the presented review of the literature, the questions of the influence of various factors of the production and the environment on the prevalence and structure of diseases of the dentition system are examined. Based on the analysis of literary data, the authors summarize that various technogenic factors negatively affected to the dental status of workers with harmful working conditions, as well as the population living in unfavourable environmental conditions. This causes a more pronounced intensity of caries, non-carious lesions of the teeth, diseases of the periodontal and tunica mucosa of a mouth. The results of studies indicate that there is a gradual increase in the prevalence of dental and periodontal diseases as the length of service increases.
