Rehabilitation of patients after suturing of perforated gastroduodenal ulcers

Rehabilitation of patients undergoing to suturing of PGDU is an important part of treatment aimed at improving the quality of life. Results of treatment and postoperative rehabilitation of 230 patients were analyzed. Patients were divided into two groups -115 patients without sanatoria and health resort , and 115 patients have passed a sanatoria treatment. Medical treatment was carried out taking into account the daily pH-metry. The role of the sanatorium stage of treatment in the rehabilitation of patients was shown and analyzed some factors of that period. Proved such an important component of the rehabilitation period for sanatorium treatment, as Lipetsk mineral water. This paper demonstrates that stage care rehabilitation patients undergoing to closure PGDU increases the period of remission of ulcer disease, and as a consequence of improving the quality of life. Stage care rehabilitation based drug therapy on the basis of daily pH-metry should be mandatory in the postoperative period of these patients.
