The authors presents a clinical analysis of data in 86 patients with HIV infection. The study found that 2.3% of them were HIV-infected patients with AIDS stage with Kaposi's sarcoma. In patients who developed AIDS Kaposi's sarcoma is a serious manifestation of malignancy. We examined patients showed reduction in CD4 cell count below 250 and 150 in 1 ml.

In the hospital patients received antiretroviral, pathogenetic and symptomatic therapy. Severity of Kaposi's sarcoma was caused by the level of the immune status of patients, the presence of severe comorbidities, and timely assignment of antiretroviral therapy is encouraging in terms of prognosis.
